Best Practices for Exporting Mailboxes to Sequencers (Smartlead, Instantly, and More)
Once your mailboxes are created and warmed up in Mission Inbox, the next step is to push them into your sending platform—your sequencer. Whether you're using Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, Woodpecker, or others, Mission Inbox makes export easy.
✅ Checklist: Before You Export
1. Is Your Mailbox Setup Complete?
Before exporting, double-check:
- 🔒 DNS is verified (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- 📫 Mailbox is created and active
- 🔥 Warm-up is enabled (optional but recommended)
If you're missing any of the above, fix those first—your sequencer may reject the mailbox if it's not fully verified.
2. Is Your Sequencer Supported?
Mission Inbox supports direct export to:
- ✅ Smartlead
- ✅ Instantly
- ✅ Reply.io
- ✅ EmailBison
- ✅ Woodpecker
- ➕ Others (via custom CSV format)
If your tool isn’t listed, use the “Generic CSV” option and format as needed.

🔧 Common Issues & Fixes
🚫 CSV Won’t Upload?
Double-check:
- You're uploading the correct format for your tool
- You haven't manually edited the CSV (sometimes breaking the format)
- The tool supports custom SMTP (some platforms have limits)
🛠 Fix: Download a fresh export directly from MI. Avoid manual edits.
