🔹Pricing Structure

Q: How much do additional mailboxes cost?

Mailbox pricing is tiered based on volume:

  • The first 30 mailboxes are included in your subscription.
  • From mailbox 31 to 500, each mailbox is billed at $3/month.
  • From mailbox 501 and up, the cost drops to $2/month.

💡 Example:
If you have 700 mailboxes total:

  • The first 30 mailboxes will be covered by your subscription.
  • The next 470 mailboxes (31–500) are billed at $3 each → 470 × $3 = $1,410
  • The remaining 200 mailboxes (501–700) are billed at $2 each → 200 × $2 = $400

Total mailbox cost = $1,410 + $400 = $1,810/month (on top of your base subscription)

We also charge $1 per 1,000 emails sent, but don’t worry—your first 10,000 emails each month are included for free with every plan.

Q: What’s included in the base Mission Inbox subscription?

The base plan includes access to the Mission Inbox platform, infrastructure support, and one active mailbox. You’ll be able to add domains, manage inboxes, export credentials, and access basic warm-up tools.

Q: Are domains included in the subscription?

Domains are not included—you’ll need to purchase them separately through providers like GoDaddy or Cloudflare. However, you can add unlimited domains to your Mission Inbox account at no additional cost.

Q: What do I pay for beyond the base subscription?

Mission Inbox charges per mailbox. Every mailbox you activate is billed at $3/month. Additional services like mailbox warm-up also consume credits, which are sold separately.

Q: How do billing and mailbox coupons work?

If you're part of a promotion or onboarding package, our team may apply a coupon code that credits your account for a set number of mailboxes (e.g., 30). You must first add one mailbox manually before the coupon can be applied.

🔹Warm-Up Credits

Q: How does warm-up billing work?

Warm-up services are credit-usage-based. Each active warm-up mailbox consumes credits (9 per mailbox). Each credit has a cost of $0.40 (40 cents). Use credits as you see fit, the credits you use this month, will be charged alongside your renewal invoice.

Q: Where do I buy warm-up credits?

No need to buy them. As you use them, usage will accumulate and they will be charged alongside your renewal.

Q: How many credits do I consume to warm up 30 mailboxes?

Assuming each mailbox consumes 9 credits, you'd need 270 credits to warm up 30 mailboxes concurrently.

🔹Domain Management

Q: Is there a limit on how many domains I can add?

Nope! You can add unlimited domains for free. Mission Inbox does not charge per domain—only per mailbox.

Q: Can I connect GoDaddy or Cloudflare directly?

Yes! For automated DNS setup and faster onboarding, you can add your GoDaddy or Cloudflare API key. This allows Mission Inbox to push DNS records instantly without manual entry.

For Cloudflare:
  1. Go to your profile (upper right corner avatar)
  2. Click on “My profile”
  3. On the left sidebar go to “API tokens”
  4. On Global API key, click “View”
  5. Enter your password
  6. Copy the key
  7. Enter it on API key in Mission Inbox
  8. Click Save
For GoDaddy:
  1. Go to https://developer.godaddy.com
  2. Log in
  3. Go to API Keys
  4. Create new API key. Make sure to select “production”
  5. Click on Next
  6. Copy and paste the Key and the secret key on Mission Inbox accordingly.
  7. Click save

🔹Technical & Error Handling

Q: I’m seeing a warm-up error—what should I do?

Warm-up errors typically occur if the DNS isn’t fully verified, or if the mailbox wasn’t set up correctly. Double-check the domain’s status and API key connection. If it persists, reach out via chat for help.

Q: How do I know if my payment went through?

You’ll receive a confirmation email and a receipt from Chargebee. If something looks off, feel free to message us with a screenshot.
